Governance of NCHSR

NCHSR is supported by a comprehensive governance structure comprising a range of committees and boards representing external stakeholders and Centre staff. These committees provide management oversight, platforms for strategic discussion and guidance in relation to the Centre's operation.

STEERING COMMITTEE

The role of the Steering Committee is to oversee the overall performance and direction of the Centre; ensure the effective, efficient and sustainable pursuit of its objectives; and assist with the development of strategy. It is also involved in monitoring the operation and finances, and ensuring compliance with UNSW policies and processes.
